RATES: $150.00 USD per night for entire dwelling.
Optional: $100.00 USD per night for 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and one main bathroom. Optional: $50.00/$60.00 USD per night for an individual room. 3 nights minimum stay for all options.
Taxes
The rates mentioned above are not inclusive of 8% government tax and 10% percent service charge.
Breakfast is not included since most of our rooms are self catering.
Special or volume discounts could be considered.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are based on a number of factors, and our guests need to contact QR Quality Rooms promptly.
Any refunds made would vary due to the situation or circumstance, however, these applicable rules would apply.
A cancellation made between twenty five (25) days to thirty (30) days after a reservation has been made, a twenty five (25) percent penalty plus one (1) night stay.
Any cancellations made thirty (30) days after a reservation has been made, a one hundred (100) percent penalty.
